Where are you located?
We are located at 34 Upper Cross Street #02-148/150. S050034 Just a 5 mins walk from Chinatown MRT Station Exit C.
When are you open?
We are open Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What's your delivery schedule
We provide free shipping for orders above $150. For orders below 5kg, the shipping fee is $5.00. For orders above 5kg, the shipping fee is $10.
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days upon completion of payment. We will inform you if it will take longer for your parcels to arrive.
How do I return or exchange products?
Depending on the condition of the product or reason for return, it may or may not be eligible for exchange or return.
